WXXI-AM 1370 INTRODUCES LISTENERS TO MAYOR DUFFY’S SENIOR STAFF IN A WEEK-LONG INTERVIEW SERIES, WHO’S WHO IN CITY HALL, STARTING JANUARY 25
Rochester, New York (January 20, 2006) – On January 6, 2006 Rochester Mayor Robert Duffy swore in his senior staff. In his inaugural speech he referred to them as “the most talented, diverse and high powered staff in our city government’s history.” Leading the City for the next four years, this team has a big job ahead of them. But, what exactly is the job of the Mayor’s Chief of Staff or the responsibilities of the Assistant to the Mayor? In a special week-long series beginning Wednesday, January 25, AM 1370’s news team conducts one-on-one interviews with the newly appointed staff. The Who’s Who in City Hall segments will air at 7:40a.m. during Morning Edition and 4:50 p.m. during All Things Considered on AM 1370 beginning Wednesday, January 25 and running through Friday, February 3 (see schedule below).
