WXXI-TV AIRS GOVERNOR PATERSON’S SECOND TOWN HALL MEETING ON NEW YORK’S FISCAL CRISIS HELD IN SYRACUSE
Town Hall Meeting airs Tuesday, November 11 at 9 p.m.

Rochester, New York (November 6, 2008) – Governor David Paterson holds a second town hall meeting at LeMoyne College in Syracuse November 11, 2008 to discuss New York’s fiscal crisis. WXXI-TV 21 (cable 11) will carry the special broadcast, New York's Fiscal Crisis: The Governor’s Upstate Town Hall Meeting, on Tuesday, November 11 at 9 p.m. It will also air on City 12 (cable 12 for city residents only) on 11/14 at 1 p.m., 11/15 at 8 p.m. and 11/16 at 7 p.m. Moderated by Susan Arbetter, host of New York public television’s weekly series New York Now, an audience of several hundred people will be participating in a frank question and answer session with Governor Paterson.

A follow-up to the town hall meeting held in New York City on November 5, 2008, this second meeting takes place just a week before the State Legislature returns to Albany for a special session called by Governor Paterson to address the State’s growing fiscal crisis.
