| For Immediate Release WMHT AND WXXI PARTNER TO MAKE COVERAGE OF THE STATE’S GUBERNATORIAL INAUGURATION MORE ACCESSIBLE Rochester, New York (December 29, 2010) – WMHT (Albany) and WXXI (Rochester) are partnering to make live coverage of New York’s Gubernatorial Inauguration Ceremony more widely available. WMHT-TV’s special live edition of New York Now: The Gubernatorial Inauguration will also be available to New York State Public Radio through public radio’s Content Depot distribution system. In addition, a live audio stream of the program will be available at: <http://wxxi.org/news/live>. Governor-elect Andrew Cuomo and Lieutenant Governor-elect Robert J. Duffy will be sworn in on New Year’s Day at the Governor’s Reception Room in the State Capitol. The special, live edition of New York Now: The Gubernatorial Inauguration, hosted by WMHT's Matt Ryan,will air Saturday, January 1 at 12 noon on WXXI-TV/HD (DT21.1/cable 1011 and 11) and AM 1370/FM-HD 91.5-2.
