He has been writing and performing his award-winning music for kids and families for more than ten years. He blends participatory songs, clever stories and great melodies to create what the Boston Globe called “not just a musical journey but an entertaining, interactive and educational one.” Mr. Steve began writing children’s music in 1997, recorded his first album, Morning ’Til Night, independently in 1999, and soon left his job as a business consultant with Accenture to pursue his musical adventure full time. WXXI’s kids line-up airs Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and includes such award-winning programs as Arthur, Martha Speaks, Curious George, Sesame Street and Super Why! ### |
