Thursday, December 4 at 8 p.m. André Rieu: Christmas Around the World

(Rochester, NY) In André Rieu: Christmas Around the World, fans are treated to 23 festive tracks taped in Trier, the oldest city in Germany. Filled with beautiful holiday scenes, Dutch conductor and violinist Rieu celebrates the holiday season with songs including Jingle Bells, Slumber my Darling, and Winter Wonderland. One very special delight are the songs performed with Rieu and the Japanese Children’s Choir from Nagasaki, Japan, ranging in age from 5-14 years old. André Rieu: Christmas Around the World airs Thursday, December 4 at 8 p.m. on WXXI-TV 21 (cable 11) and WXXI-HD (cable 1011 and DT 21.1).
