WXXI’s Center for Public Affairs is asking a diverse group of 18- to 40-year-olds to share their thoughts about Election ’08. Find out what they think about the candidates, the issues, and voting.
The series will run every Tuesday leading up to Election Day on Tuesday, November 4. Hear them during Morning Edition and All Things Considered on WXXI-AM 1370 or WRUR-FM 88.5.
On December 18, WXXI and WMHT (Albany) invited young adults to participate in a recording called "In Our Hands: NY's Future and the Under 40 Perspective. Panelists - including Robert Manning, author of Credit Card Nation, and Robert Ward, Deputy Director of the Rockefeller Institute, among others - were on hand to respond to concerns about the economy. The hour-long program will air on WXXI-TV on Tuesday, January 6 at 9 pm.
