The
Stone House
Built
in 1870 by Senator Elbridge Lapham The Stone House is an
example of blending the old with the new. Vicki and Gary
Profetta floated by their dream house for nearly ten years
before the opportunity to make it theirs arose. Their efforts
to maintain the original house to period are exquisite.
Their additions blend in beautifully and their porch welcomes
friends, family and visitors to the shores of Canandaigua.

A
Tropical Celebration
One wouldn't normally think of Canandaigua Lake when they
think of the tropics. But Wanda Polisseni's love of all
things tropical was one driving force to her renovation
of her lake home. Step through her front door and you are
immediately overwhelmed by bright colors and a decor that
can only be described as Wanda Polisseni. Each room registers
a new high on the WOW scale...tropical plants, birds and
exquisite details are sure to delight all visitors.
