Unrestricted gifts give WXXI the flexibility to meet a variety of pressing needs but you may want to establish a permanent tribute through an endowed named fund of $25,000 or more.

The following are just a few naming opportunities meant to illustrate the range of WXXI's needs. There are a variety of options and we are happy to put together some suggestions based on your interests and the amount of endowment you would like to donate. Any type of planned gift can result in a named fund or location at WXXI.

News and Public Affairs Programming Funds will support future public affairs programming through on-air and web based interactive content.

Educational Services Funds will enable WXXI to develop new opportunities to educate and enlighten every age group.

Educational Technology Funds will enable WXXI to be a leader in using technology to provide educational services and programs.

Cultural Programming Funds will support WXXI's efforts to provide the very highest-quality cultural programming and will provide opportunities to partner with local cultural organizations.

Community Outreach Services Funds will enable WXXI to extend and expand community dialogue around issues addressed in national public broadcasting programming.

Local Production Funds will allow WXXI to showcase the treasures and talents of our community.

Reachout Radio Funds will ensure that WXXI is able to continue providing valuable links to the world for our visually impaired listeners.

General Technology Funds will allow WXXI to make critical investments in state-of-the-art technology that will better meet the needs of providing quality programming and services.
