Get Adobe Acrobat Reader

You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view and print pdf documents. Check to see if you already have it on your computer. If not, you can get Acrobat Reader from Adobe's web site.

For viewing as an HTML document, Adobe offers a free online service to convert a PDF document to a conventional Web document.
