Tom Tower's Farm is a family business that is nearly 200 years-old.

The Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market is a producer-only market, meaning that all the vendors grow or produce what they sell

The original structure, which dates back to 1853, houses the library and gift shop. The dining rooms were added in 1975 with careful concern to keep the charm of the 19th century. The South wing, completed in 1993, overlooks the rear gardens and pond. The ruins of the grist mill are at the rear of the property.

The Winery at Marjim manor is located in Western New York and is owned by Margo Sue Bittner. The Marjim name comes from a blending of her first name with that of her husband, Jim. It is a name they created 25 years ago when they began dairy
