A sheep & wool farm since 1995.

Developing the flock of over 250 sheep for close to 20 years. Established in 1876 by William McCadam, McCadam Cheese quickly began contributing to New York State’s dominance in cheese-making. Winning their first medal of honor back in 1876, the makers of McCadam cheese have continued to win awards and distinctions over the years. Located at the top of the Black River Valley in the foothills of the Adirondacks. No growth stimulants or antibiotics are used on the cattle. The cattle are raised on open pastures with plenty of grass, sunshine and fresh water. The Thousand Islands Winery is located in Jefferson County, New York. It is the most northern winery in New York State. Mercer's Dairy, produces true wine ice cream. Not just wine-flavored ice cream. In fact, the formula is trade-secreted by Mercer's Dairy.
