WXXI Passport FAQ

I’m already a WXXI member, do I get Passport?

Yes! As long as you give $5+ monthly or $60+ annually you already have Passport access. Simply click here, enter the email address you provided to WXXI, and follow the instructions that PBS sends you. If you do not receive a reply email from PBS, please contact passport@wxxi.org.

How do I activate Passport?

When you contribute to WXXI online, you will receive an email with a link to activate Passport. Simply click the link and follow the instructions.

If you contributed by postal mail or lost your activation email, click here and enter your email address. PBS will email you a link with further instructions. If you do not receive a reply email from PBS, please contact passport@wxxi.org.

I activated Passport – now how do I watch on my TV, phone, or tablet?

Simply download the PBS app and sign in using the credentials you used to activate your account. For detailed device-specific instructions, visit PBS Help

I’ve used Passport in the past but I can’t remember my login

The Passport Lookup Tool can help! Click here and enter your email address. Click the blue “Look up my account” button and PBS will send you an email with login help. If you do not receive an email from PBS, please contact passport@wxxi.org.
